Affiliate, will you be the next success story?

(header image)

Your Life Beyond Gambling

Compulsive gambling is not necessarily a life sentence. In fact, there is always hope for a better life. Many desperate compulsive gamblers have been able to turn their lives around with a little help. Will you be the next success story? That depends entirely on your willingness to take action and follow a path that will lead you out of gambling, instead of one that that doesn't guarantee a clear destination. Your determination and the approach you choose are the only two ingredients that can assure your success story.

Even in extreme circumstances; the money has run out, you are facing charges for petty theft, your husband is walking out and taking your kids, and you may lose your job; life is not over! Do not think that you have to give up and turn yourself over to gambling as your only escape. There is more to life than gambling, and you will be able to live again, I promise you!

Support is crucial when you are trying to give up gambling. But even if you do not have a supportive spouse that does not mean that you are helpless. You can find support anywhere, and sometimes where you least expect it. Friends and relatives are obvious sources of support, however often neighbors will provide you with the helping hand that you need, or even co-workers. Some people are even able to find support online in support chat rooms. It does not matter where you find the support; just know that you are not alone with your addiction!

There is more to life than that 'gambling high'. There is more for you to look forward to than that elusive win, much more. With the right help, you will soon see everything there is to look forward to in a world without gambling.

For someone who is totally immersed in the world of gambling, just the thought of life without gambling is so far fetched that it can barely be imagined. However, there is life after compulsive gambling. You do not have to live life consumed by thoughts of the next big win, or where you are going to get some more money to lay on the table.

Sure, there is more to life. Imagine a life where you pick up your children after school and spend the evening helping with homework, eating a family dinner and going to a little league game instead of leaving your kids to a take out dinner while you hit the slot machines again. Think about how much your kids will benefit from your presence. Your kids could thrive in school with a little attention and help with their homework and a real parental presence.

You do not have to live in fear that social services will take your children away because you continually abandon them to play your game of choice. Imagine a life where your marriage is solid, and you do not have to worry about your spouse finding out about your addiction. You do not have to hide the fact that you have spent your entire savings on your gambling addiction.

There is another way to live! It may not seem possible right now, if you are in the middle of your addiction, and you cannot see another way, however you can break free from this dangerous cycle. You can put your compulsive gambling addiction behind you. Just as millions of people did this year (and last year, and the year before that), you can give up gambling, and live a happy, healthy and productive life again. I promise you, you can have all that!

Sitting there reading this right now, you likely feel very overwhelmed and you do not know where to begin to end this dangerous cycle. But it does not have to be that hard, you can put the cycle of self destruction behind you, with my help, and the help of my program.

There is life beyond compulsive gambling, and you can live it. Do not be afraid to live life to its fullest; you deserve to enjoy everything that life has to offer you, give up the gambling demon once and for all. I can help, you are not alone.

Are you counting the days, Affiliate?

(header image)

Why Counting The Days Since You Haven't Gambled Is Not The Best Approach

Of course once you have made the commitment to quit gambling, you will be proud of yourself and your accomplishment. Why wouldn't you be? What you have done, quitting gambling is a huge thing. It's a life changing event. You should be proud of yourself, and you should want to tell everyone and even yell it from the roof top. But hold on, calm down and try to control things. If you are like most people who have given up an addiction, you may be tempted to begin counting the days since you have quit gambling.

Do you find yourself thinking things like, "wow, it's been four days now since I've placed a bet online." Or "I haven't been into the casino for three weeks now, that's great."? Do these phrases sound familiar? Do you find yourself counting how long it has been since you've been gambling? If you are, you are not alone. In fact many people do this countdown. And many people start gambling again after they have "quit". In fact, it is those people that are likely to go back to gambling!

Why do you think this is? Why do you think that counting the days since you've gambled is a bad thing? Well, let me explain. When you quit gambling and leave it behind you, you are doing more than changing a behavior in your life. You are making a life change. You are not just quitting gambling, you are becoming a non-gambler. This is a true life shift, not a mere behavior change.

In order for you to be successful at leaving compulsive gambling behind you for good, you have to look at this process as an entire shift in your life. This must be more than a superficial change; you must undergo an identity shift. In the book I'm writing, there is an entire chapter dedicated to this essential concept. You need to undergo a change in identity, a complete shift from gambler or addict to something more mature, a person who does not need gambling in his or her life. This is one crucial key to your success that few people know about.

From the moment that you say to yourself, "that's it, I'll never gamble again." You are making the conscious choice to change your life for good. At that point, you are choosing to become a non-gambler. Now if you made that choice last week, you may be tempted to say that it has been seven days since you've gambled, and then next week, say it's been fourteen days and so on. STOP! What is the point of this? There is no point, because once you are a non-gambler, you are a non-gambler. It is not relevant how long it has been, or what day you decided to make the choice to live a healthy and productive life. The point is that you have made that choice. Counting the days becomes irrelevant.

More than being irrelevant, counting the days since you quit gambling also becomes dangerous. When you count the days, on a certain level you are not fully committed to your transformation as a non-gambler. On a subconscious level you are actually clinging to that identity of a compulsive gambler, when in fact you need to completely abandon it and start over.

You need to completely discard this thought of gambling, and let go of the past. The transformation needs to be complete and whole. When you give up the idea of gambling, you are making the shift to a non-gambler, you have made a genuine change and you won't even feel the temptation to count the days again.

Here's what those who care about you need to know...

(header image)

What Friends and Family Need to Know about Your Gambling Problem

A strong support network is essential when you are trying to quit gambling. You need the people that are close to you to be able to support you in this major life change; it makes the entire process of quitting much easier. However, even when friends and family are trying to be supportive and help you through the rough times, they may not quite know how to help you, or how to be supportive.

In fact, many people who do not understand addiction or compulsive behaviors often rush to judge people who suffer from such problems. Many well meaning friends may tell you to "just quit" or they may say, "Why don't you just stop gambling?" These people wrongly assume that you can easily quit gambling, just by having them tell you to stop. These are the people who have likely never suffered from any type of addiction or compulsion and they do not realize that it is just not that easy.

It is important for you to remember, that even though you may have people in your life that are close to you telling you to just quit or walk away from your habit, compulsive gambling can not be reduced to such a simple solution. It is a complex addiction that feeds on the feelings and needs of the sufferer.

That is not to say that people who hold this wrong and insensitive opinion can't help you in your process to quitting gambling. In fact, these people likely want very much to be part of the solution and not add to the problem. The first thing that you need to do with people like this is help to educate them. They need to understand this complex addiction before they can begin helping you. Start by giving them this article, or other articles that explain the addiction, so they can see what's going on beneath the surface, beneath a mere behavior.

In my book there is an entire chapter dedicated to the intricacies of gambling and how the compulsion works (Chapter 1). The book is written in simple English making it easy to understand for everyone, as well as an interesting read. This chapter can serve two very important purposes. The first is that you will read it and finally begin to understand this terrible addiction that you are suffering from. The second purpose is that you can hand it to your support person or people and they can learn about the addiction and better understand what you are going through. By better understanding the addiction, they will be better able to help you.

If your main support person is your spouse or other close family member, they probably understand you very well, and the things that make you who you are and help you to do the things that you do. This is a good thing. Your support people need to understand the addiction of gambling and they need to understand the gambler, their lifestyle and what makes them tick.

A little education will go along way in helping the people in your life understand your compulsion which in turn will help you put compulsive gambling behind you once and for all

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Issue #8

Hi again Affiliate,
So did you give in to curiosity and buy my book?  Regardless, let  me share a few more tidbits with you!

Since I began professionally playing online poker, I began wondering if there were any real significant differences between playing the same game at different casinos. The only possible way that it could make a difference would be if there were certain websites with a higher percentage of "rookie" players, which follows along the idea of collecting from the beginners. I tested several popular web casinos and recorded my win/loss percentages and results.

There was a 62% variance between the lowest and the highest profits earned on the various poker websites, xxxxxxx being the lowest, and xxxxxxx being the highest. The other websites tested were xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx, and xxxxxxx. All of the other websites resulted in over 30% less earnings than xxxxxxx, except for xxxxxxx which earned 23% less then xxxxxxx.

It is a bit shocking but believe it or not I think the results make sense when you think about it. xxxxxxx made a lot of sponsors and has sponsored a multitude of national poker events in the last year, and is now one of the largest online casinos at this time. Because of this, they have a big advertising budget and therefore a lot of muscle to pull in new players with their advertising. In addition, their advertising campaign really kicked into high gear during the current online poker popularity boom which we are experiencing, explaining why they brought in so many new players. There were a high concentration of rookie players there and the increase in winning was unmistakable. These are your most profitable people to play with, which explain my excellent winning percentage and earnings. This is the website that I played on, and I recommend it to all players that are not set on a casino site yet.

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Issue #7

Hi again Affiliate,
So did you give in to curiosity and buy my book?  No?  OK then, let
me share a few more tidbits with you!

Tilts, losing streaks, are a reality in the game of poker which everyone hates. They are almost always caused by excess aggression,or other emotions distorting your logic and ruining the balance of your playing style. It can hurt your game play, but it can also beused to your advantage by causing your opponents to fall victim to them through careful manipulation.

The most obvious and effective way to cause an opponent to fall into a tilt is to try to manipulate their emotions, particularly their anger. What does that mean? It means being annoying and borderline rude without going over the line and saying things that can potentially get yourself banned from the online casino. You want to get them to have a strong desire for vengeance against you because of what you said, which will cause them to play overly aggressive. Once they start to think "Just wait, I'll show this guy..." they have already handed the advantage of the round over to you.

I am sure anyone would agree that if two players of equal skill were to play each other, the outcome would be a toss-up. However,if one of those players were angry and therefore not thinking clearly, the other player would hold the advantage. Angry poker players are almost always significantly more aggressive then normal, non-emotional players. You can use that to your advantage.Be prepared for more bluffs, more calls, and raises. If you are pretty sure that your opponent does not have anything, call them out. I will almost promise you that they will be bluffing. If you continue beating them, they will continue to become more and angrier, thus further tarnishing their game playing skills.

All you need to do is...

Affiliate, have you been buying into any of these myths?

(header image)

Part 4: Myths And Truths About Compulsive Gambling

Today, I have prepared for you a list of the most common myths about problem gambling. Have you been buying into any of them?

MYTH #1 : Gamblers are just low-lives who can't get their act together.

FACT: Gamblers are just like you and me, and as a rule, have above average intelligence. Problem gamblers have a combination of good and bad personality traits just like the rest of us. (from www.azccg.org)

MYTH #2 : You need bags of willpower to quit.
People think of will power as if it is a weapon against won't power - something external that you have to summon up with all your strength to beat evil forces.

FACT: Willpower is not something we are allotted certain amounts of. Willpower is the consequence of the recognition that addiction cheats you and devastates your life, combined with the realization that you can overcome it, reclaim your freedom and recapture the joy of living. When you recognize that, you will regain your willpower.
(adapted from Joe Griffin & Ivan Tyrell, Freedom From Addiction)

MYTH #3: "I'll never manage to stop, because I've failed every time before".

FACT: Contrary to popular belief, the more times you try to stop, the more likely you are to stop your problem activity eventually. Here's the good news: although a quarter of people may succeed the first time, in general, the more times you hit an obstacle, the more you are learning what works and what doesn't when handling your gambling problem. So, don't dismiss all the learning you have done by calling it failure! Past attempts can be stepping stones to ultimate success, if we use the lessons that can be learnt from them!
(adapted from Joe Griffin & Ivan Tyrell, Freedom From Addiction)

MYTH #3: "That's just the way I am".
This is a form of liar's poker that is played by people who do not understand the real fun inside the game of truth. Moreover, it's one of the most dangerous mindsets a person could have when fighting an addiction or compulsive behavior. Most people think they weren't born with things like willpower, or a strong sense of purpose, or whatever, and that they're helpless over their conditioning.

FACT: Let's face the truth - people change and reinvent themselves all the time. Admitting that YOU CAN succeed (and being certain about it) is the very first step you have to take when fighting your gambling problem. Without believing this, how on earth can you take the next step?

MYTH #4: "I am helpless" (see also: "I am powerless")
This is a lie to the soul. It runs deeper than any other lie and its unconscious mission is to kill the spirit. (Steve Chandler)

TRUTH: The truth is that we have so much power, it sometimes scares us. We are powerful, but say that we aren't. Usually people say they're helpless just to stay out of action. We use it in order to remain passive...Taking action when it comes to fighting addiction implies dealing with discomfort, facing discouragement, withdrawal and so on. Taking action means getting out of our so-called "comfort zone"...and we don't like that.

In my book, there is a whole chapter entitled "Gambling with your comfort zone". It explains why this thing called "the comfort zone" is responsible for our not taking action against our gambling problem and why we tend to do something only when we hit rock bottom. Understanding this idea and having the courage to challenge your internal, artificially-constructed barriers is what makes the difference between someone who will succeed in defeating gambling and someone who won't.

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Issue #6

Hi again Affiliate,
So did you give in to curiosity and buy my book?  Regardless, let me share a few more tidbits with you!

There are six types of hands at no-limit:

1. Hands that have no value. They cannot even beat a bluff.
2. Hands that can beat a bluff. For example, middle pair.
3. Top pair.
4. Overpair.
5. Strong hands
6. Extreme Hands

Understanding these hand types means understanding how big of a pot each hand type can win. Hands of lesser value are generally only able to win smaller pots, because the hands they can beat will generally not call large bets. For example, suppose you hold AK and the board is AJ4. Someone with KJ is simply not going to pay you off that much in this type of situation. Likewise, if you hold AK and the board is A9652, you will likely pay off someone who holds
87. Again, the stronger the hand, the more likely someone is to payoff.

Obviously, any hand is capable of being an extreme hand; a 72offsuit is extremely powerful with a 77735 board. Nevertheless, certain starting hands lend themselves more to certain categories.

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Issue #5

Hi again Affiliate,
So did you give in to curiosity and buy my book?  Regardless, let me share a few more tidbits with you!

When you are dealing with betting and bluffing, there are two questions that you need to ask: do you have a good enough hand to beat your opponent, and what type of a player is your opponent. If you can accurately answer those two questions then you will have a fairly easy time deciding whether to bet/bluff under different circumstances. An example would be an aggressive player raising after checking; it should be quite obvious that there is a good chance he is bluffing you and you should call him if you hold any cards of value.

Usually, better players are a lot tighter with their game play, albeit more aggressive. Because of this fact, it is usually easier to bluff a good player, if you do it occasionally. On the flip side, poor players are less aware of the fact that their hands are not very strong and will call your bluffs more often, even though if you had a hand of strength they would have to pay out.

The best tactic to use for bluffing is to bluff when the community cards hold a chance for big card plays, although it can be risky if you do not pay attention to your opponents. If you see an opponent check-raising then rising again, you should keep watch for a potential big hand, and you should consider folding.

Many beginning no-limit players simply don't know how much to bet. Here's the basic concept in a nutshell...

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Issue #4

Hi again Affiliate,
So did you give in to curiosity and buy my book?  Regardless, let me share a few more tidbits with you!

When playing online you will notice that during some hands your opponent may sit and pause, trying to decide what to do. If you are playing a player who you have seen make quite a few mistakes, and seems to be new, then you can almost always count out him/her having a good hand. Most beginners to intermediate players will be too excited at the likelihood of winning a pot to wait any longer then they absolutely have to. Following this logic, if they (a beginner or intermediate player) pause significantly before their next move they do not have much of a hand, especially when the pause is followed by a check.

Although this is true for beginner players, an upper-intermediate or expert player will try to purposely switch up the response time(which is what you should be doing) between moves in order to keep you guessing as to what they actually have. A strong warning sign would be if you were playing a tricky opponent and they follow up along pause with a bet. In that situation you must be very careful, and consider folding unless you are holding a hand with some card strength.

An additional point that needs to be mentioned is...

Affiliate, what is your profile?

(header image)

Part 3: What Is Your Profile?

What type of person becomes a compulsive gambler? Many people falsely believe that only those of a low socioeconomic status will become afflicted with compulsive gambling. However this is just not true! Regardless of your economic status, job, race, sex or age, it is still possible to become a compulsive gambler. Even people who are financially affluent develop gambling addictions, which prove that it is not centered about wanting more money. The truth is that gambling addictions are based on the rush of winning, not the money that may or may not be won.

There are two types of gamblers who develop problems:

The "Escape Gambler"

This person is trying to forget or run away from something. It could be their current way of life or present situation. Such a person will gamble to feel better and avoid looking honestly at their situation. Simply put, they use gambling as a way of escaping from their lives. Escape gamblers generally suffer from low self-esteem, or a poor self worth. They may appear self assured and confident in public and when gambling, however on the inside they are secretly scared and nervous about their lifestyle.

Oftentimes when an escape gambler enters the dangerous cycle of compulsive gambling, it has been brought on by a trigger, perhaps a fight with a spouse, a bad day at work, money problems or even stress.

Escape Gambler-Marcus's Story

Take a look at Marcus. Marcus was a young man who did not have a huge group of friends but was quite close to a few long-term friends. He suffered from the typical teenage angst and often felt like he did not fit in during high school. He suffered from a lack of self-esteem and low confidence most of the time, unless he was participating in his favorite hobbies that he excelled in. After Marcus turned 21 he discovered the blackjack table at the local casino and also noticed the amazing feeling of power every time he placed a bet. When he sat down at the blackjack table he got a sense that he finally fitted in and belonged to something.

Soon, Marcus fell into a deep cycle of compulsive gambling. Every time he sat down at the blackjack table he felt great! But when he walked out the doors at the end of the night, he felt worse than when he started. He started to experience bouts of depression and his self esteem reduced even more. He withdrew from his family and his close friends. He also stopped participating in the hobbies that once brought him so much pleasure and shut himself off from his support system.

Marcus is an example of a compulsive gambler who used gambling as an escape. He already suffered from a lack of confidence and low self esteem, and it did not take him long to fall deeper into depression when gambling came into his life.

The "Action Gambler"

The information mentioned above is not to imply that everyone who gambles is depressed and suffering from low self esteem. In many cases, the exact opposite of an escape gambler can be drawn to the gambling habit. This may be because they suffer from self esteem problems deep down, or hide their feelings well. These people thrive on the gambling high, and they are often referred to as action gamblers.

Action gamblers are often outgoing personalities who are hard working and very generous. Their friends and family are often a high priority and they appear to be very sociable. However, gambling changes such a person. If you fall into the cycle of compulsive gambling you may find that you sometimes withdraw from the friends and family members who were once so important to you. You also find yourself ignoring the activities that used to bring you joy. In sum, you begin to retreat inside yourself.

Action Gambler- Mario's Story

Take a look at Mario, who is a different type of person altogether from Marcus. Mario is a young man who is very outgoing, friendly and fun to be around. He has lots of friends because he's a lot of fun and makes everyone feel important. However, despite everything that he has going for him, Mario has also found himself addicted to gambling. His game of choice is poker. He started playing occasionally but soon began to search for more games to add to the online poker.

While Mario has a lot of friends, he will often lie to them about his wins, or brush off his losses to downplay the significance of his addiction. He has begun to distance himself from friends and family members who ask too many personal questions. Mario is certainly in great danger of falling deeper into the gambling cycle.

Two very different personalities, yet both suffer from a similar gambling problem. This does not denote that every gambler can be easily placed into one of the two categories but these are generally the most frequently occurring types.

Knowing which profile you fit into can help you better understand the mechanisms of your gambling problem, as well as identify the forces that keep you trapped in this vicious cycle.

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Issue #3

Hi again Affiliate,

So did you give in to curiosity and buy my book?  Regardless, let me share a few more tidbits with you!

A large disadvantage to playing poker in person, at a brick-and-mortar casino, is all of the distractions that are present to the player when he/she is trying to concentrate on their opponents and pick up on tells. Within one blink of an eye, your chance to pick up on an expression that your opponent did not want you to see can pass.

Fortunate for us online players, we do not have to deal with any of the classic confusion of normal poker. Even though you are not face to face with your opposition, it is much easier to tell what is going on in the minds of your opponents. Since the only constantly changing variable is the cards and your opponent, subtle signs and patterns are far simpler to pick up on if you know what you are looking for. These small tells are often overlooked by most online players, but they can let you know much more then you may have previously thought.

Commonly, while playing online you will encounter an opponent who will use the check boxes in the casino software such as "Fold","Check/Fold", "Call All", and "Raise All". You can catch on to this quickly, since as soon as you make your move the opponent will almost instantly respond with another move. Below I will discuss a few generalities, which while they may not hold true all the time, they will be pretty accurate for most people.

When people pre-select the "check/fold" option, they do not have anything and would like to see some more free cards, however if you bet then they will fold. It will also be a good idea to keep in mind what type of a player you are dealing with (aggressive, solid, passive, etc), and use this information to create a much clearer image of the mindset of your opponent.

If the opponent decides to use the pre-selected "raise all"check box, then there are two different possibilities as to what is going on. They will either have an absolutely awesome hand, intending to call it all the way to the river, or they are ultra aggressive and are making a move to scare you from the pot. Logically, you would at that point want to refer to your player notes and see whether or not this player is a particularly aggressive player or a conservative player. Based on that information you will immediately know whether to call them or fold.

Affiliate, here's the second part of your minicourse!

(header image)

Part 2: What Is Compulsive Gambling Really All About?

Compulsive gambling, it sound ominous, dangerous really. But what really is compulsive gambling? Is it an addiction like cocaine or heroin? People ask me this question all the time.

To truly understand compulsive gambling, you need to take a look at the brain. Simply put, there are a number of hormones that are released in the healthy brain that create endorphins that make you feel good. People who are prone to addiction have a deficiency of these hormones, or a chemical imbalance in the brain. For people with an imbalance in the brain, the "rush" that gambling creates actually mimics the release of these hormones in the brain, and makes the person feel good.

However, the feeling that gambling may produce in the brain, is not real, and it definitely is not permanent! The momentary 'high' that gambling produces will always result in a crash that will leave you feeling worse then when you started. In order to feel better, desperately, you will gamble again, and again. Only to be let down, over and over. Does this sound familiar? If it does, you're not alone!

Because compulsive gambling mimics a feel good feeling in the brain, it is very similar to other addictions. Just as with alcohol addictions and hard drugs such as cocaine, compulsive gambling is an addiction. But is the brain the only thing to blame when it comes to gambling? Of course not. There is more at work, than the physiology of the brain, but it is an important component.

Money is an important part of compulsive gambling; however it is not the only thing. Many people believe that gambling is all about winning money, and earning back what you have lost, but that's not true at all. People who are addicted to gambling are addicted to the feeling that gambling provides. The thrill of winning, the feeling of power, of greatness! As I just explained, compulsive gambling is much more about a feeling than the money.

So if gambling is about a feeling, how is it that compulsive gambling is considered an addiction? Someone who has a gambling problem faces some of the same troubles as an individual with another, more identifiable addiction. The addict cannot stop gambling, despite the fact that they know they should, they live with broken lives, families falling apart and debt problems. Compulsive gamblers live in denial as they chase the big win trying to recapture the 'high' that they once felt gambling.

Compulsive gambling is a hidden addiction; it is not as easy to identify someone with a gambling problem as someone who is an alcoholic. So how do you spot someone with a gambling problem? How can you be sure if you or someone you love has a problem? And why is compulsive gambling really a problem? In the next email, I'll outline symptoms to watch for in compulsive gambling.

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Issue #2

Hi again Affiliate,
So did you give in to curiosity and buy my book?  Regardless, letme share a few more tidbits with you!

I can already hear a collective groan from all of my customers about this.  YOU NEED TO TAKE GOOD NOTES! While they can be a bit annoying to have to keep up with during game play, they are one of the most important tools that you can use. Honestly, I can remember when I first came up with the idea to use them, and I hated them. I told myself that I would wait one week to see if it actually improved my profits, and sure enough there was a 23% increase within the first week. After that the animosity towards the notes turned to sheer pleasure

Everyone, me included, always overestimates how much the mind can take with accuracy. After 4 hours of continuous playing, I am sure that you can agree that the first few games will be quite vague. What about when those first few games were the games that won you the majority of your profits for the day? I am sure you would like to know what you did in those games, and taking notes is the way.You can see what you said about the type of player you were playing, how long the game took, how much you lost/profited from it, and the list goes on and on.

Even more important however, is the aid that your notes provide to you during actual game play. I have been down in plenty of games where my opponent had 95% of the chips, leaving me with a dismal 5%. At that point most people would already prepare for loss, but if you have player notes, you can almost figure out exactly what your opponent is thinking by what you have previously established. It has saved me from situations like that more times then you can imagine.

When you notice a trend in your opponent that you are playing, write it down! (Perhaps the opponent makes decisions quickly when he/she has nothing, or pauses a while on good hands) It's only natural to believe that you do not need to write it down, but trust me; it can be invaluable in saving your hard earned cash when you are in a sticky situation. In addition, these notes will give you a guideline on how to attack your opponent properly without causing you to fall into losing streaks, known as tilts. Tilts are usually caused by emotion ruining the logic behind the decisions of your game play, usually making you play far too aggressively. If you have good notes it's almost impossible to make unreasonable mistakes which lead to tilt.

[ UntoldPokerSecrets.com ] Welcome to UntoldPokerSecrets.com!

Hi Affiliate, I'm really glad you are receiving this because it will totally change your life forever if you actually pay attention.
So, let me cut to the chase. Here is your first lesson...
Each and every day there is over $22.4 million dollars being won by poker players, no different from you. All this money is just laying idle, waiting for someone of skill and know-how to take it. The best part about it is that there are more new poker players than ever at the tables, helplessly handing over their chips to superior players. Although you may have once considered yourself to be one of these new players, that is not going to be the case any longer.

Since we already established that we are in to poker in order to make money, the key in order to make money is to be able to make it day after day. What would be the point of winning $1,200.00 one day only to be down $1,400.00 the next? While it may be difficult some times, there are a few methods that can help you avoid that, and keep your profits coming.

With all of the choices of games to play, its hard to know what is the right choice for you. Everyone is always fans of tournament games, perhaps due to the excitement incited by bigger pots or more people, but that does not matter whatsoever. In my opinion, you should NEVER play in tournament games. There are simply too many different people that you will encounter, too many variables, and too little odds that you will win for it to be profitable. In addition most of the tournament players online are more experienced, which is exactly what you don't want.

The next obvious question which needs to be answered is "What IS the right type of game to play?" The type of game which has proven itself to lend an ideal environment for consistent and high winning percentages is...

Welcome to Stoplosing roulette Affiliate

Hi Affiliate

Thanks for stopping by to visit my roulette information at
www.stoplosing.net.

I assume you are a person who likes the casino and roulette in
particular. You are not alone. Roulette is the most profitable game
for the casino and the most popular among players. In fact roulette
is the casino "profit center" generating more revenue for the
casino than any other table game.

This is good and bad for you the player.

The Bad part is that roulette has a high house edge
and is very difficult to beat.

The good part is that the casino rarely looks for or expects an
'advantage' player at the roulette wheel.

This means that once you learn how to win at the roulette wheel,
you will never get any casino 'heat' and can take your profits with
you with no fear of being barred or worse.

You can get an advantage at roulette just like one of my students
Frank.

Frank lives on the Gulf coast and learned my roulette methods in
2003. Since then he frequently takes thousands from the casino
playing roulette. As Frank told me in an email some time ago:

"The best part is they think I am losing. I must be, I am playing
roulette right! In fact I am winning on every visit and getting the
maximum comps possible. It's like turning the tables on the casino's!"

Frank is right. Since the house edge on roulette is so much higher
than blackjack or craps, you will get the maximum comp allowance from
the casino. You will never have to pay for a room, a show, a meal or
even smokes (if that's your vice).

Nobody has ever put together a roulette package like this. I
include several books and audio sessions I've had with previous students.
There are about 3 hours of audio training that you can download and
listen too. These are from sessions I had with students that
were paying as much as $2500 for the priviledge of learning my
roulette secrets.

But you can learn the same things they did for less. A LOT LESS!

Only $49.99

Look over all I provide at the link below

http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=DDZkZ&m=9jpE0I8_9V9ET&b=94wRcA.th5iSFy915Q0IBA

You can see that you will never find another offer with as much
insight as mine.

The other roulette methods I've seen online are all hogwash.
Progressions, computer programs and more rubbish that will never
make you a winner. And they all charge a lot more for their 'voodoo' systems.

They are all junk.

I am offering you the real deal at a very reasonalble price.

http://clicks.aweber.com/y/ct/?l=DDZkZ&m=9jpE0I8_9V9ET&b=94wRcA.th5iSFy915Q0IBA

Affiliate, welcome to the 7-part mini-course!

(header image)

Dear Affiliate,

Welcome to the Life Beyond Gambling(TM) 7-part mini-course on the causes and effects of problem gambling...and how to stop them from affecting you and those around you.

In this course you'll learn about some of the less obvious aspects of your gambling problem and gain a better understanding of what actually happens inside you whenever you find yourself placing yet another bet although you know that's not the right thing to do. I will show you how to use this knowledge to fight against your addictive behavior and leave gambling behind for good.

Whatever state you've reached with your gambling problem, I would like to reassure you that your situation is not hopeles and that there is always something that can be done about it, no matter how desperate or special your case seems to be.

Today, you have just taken a significant step in your recovery by signing up for this course. Most people never go out to seek for solutions and somehow expect something good to happen to them one day.

Every three days you will receive a lesson from me, packed with advice and information that you can use to conquer the gambling habit.

Now, let's get into today's lesson...

Part 1: Identifying Compulsive Gambling

Do you think you have a gambling problem? Perhaps you know someone who might be suffering from this debilitating addiction? Compulsive gambling is a problem that can affect anyone, regardless of their income, age, sex, race or social status. Some people believe that people who gamble too much are always of a certain income level, or race, and that is just not true!

Nobody sets out to become a compulsive gambler. No one thinks that it can ever happen to them. After that first trip to the casino, race track, or video lottery terminal, nobody thinks that they will become addicted to it and risk everything they have in order to feed their addiction.

The following story, illustrates just how easy, and how innocently compulsive gambling can begin:

Susan had it all; a caring husband, two school aged children, a nice house in a good neighborhood, a great job and loving friends. Despite everything that Susan had, she put it all on the line after her first social visit to a local casino. It started innocently, with a girl's night out that ended up at the casino, Susan's first time. She put ten dollars on her lucky number 21 on the roulette table, and as she watched the wheel spin, her excitement built, until... the wheel stopped on her lucky number 21!

After an evening of fun, and gambling with her girlfriends, Susan left the casino with $500 in her pocket and a feeling of exhilaration! A week later as her wedding anniversary approached, she hit the casino again to have a repeat performance of the week before in order to buy her husband a nice present. This time, luck was not with her, and Susan walked out disheartened, scared and with $2000 less than when she walked in.

It started very simply, as it often does, but Susan soon found her self in a cycle of compulsive gambling that would ultimately jeopardize the life that she had worked so hard to build.

It's an all too common story; perhaps you recognize parts of your own story in Susan's tale? The simple, almost innocent introduction to gambling? The strong desire to repeat the winning performance, and feel the high again? There is a unique story for everyone who becomes addicted to gambling, but throughout all the stories, there are a few common threads that ring true.

If you are not sure whether you are a problem gambler or not, you can take the 15-question test on my website and find out in just two minutes.

Compulsive gambling is a serious addiction that can affect anyone, from any walk of life. But it does not have to be a life sentence. You can escape the grips of gambling and walk away, resuming your life, free from the addiction. You do not have to live your life in this iron grip, there is another way.

Before you can escape the grips of compulsive gambling, you need to understand it. So many people think that a gambling problem is about the money, that the addict is money hungry or greedy. It's so much more than that, and in my next email, I'll open your eyes to what compulsive gambling is really all about.
